• How long does the hiring process at Centra typically take?

  On average, the recruitment process takes around a month from applying to a potential job offer.

• Does Centra offer fully remote or hybrid work opportunities?

  At Centra, we embrace a hybrid work model that balances active collaboration with dedicated focus time, supporting a healthy work-life balance. While we value flexibility, we hire within our established legal entities and do not offer fully remote roles. This deliberate approach ensures our team can build strong personal connections and collaborate directly - elements we believe are essential for driving productivity, team development, and collective success.

• At what stage in the hiring process are salary ranges discussed?

  We discuss the salary benchmark for the role during the introductory interview with the Recruiter, in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

• Will I receive feedback if my application isn't successful?

  We provide detailed, constructive feedback to any candidate who participates in Technical or Ways Of Working Interview. While high volume prevents individual feedback at the initial screening stage, we ensure timely updates so you always know where you stand.

• What happens if I don't see an open role that fits my profile?

  You can join our Talent Network. We regularly review speculative profiles and reach out directly when a position opens up that matches your experience.

• What is your dress code for interviews and in-office days?

  We maintain a business-casual working environment. For interviews, we encourage candidates to wear whatever professional attire feels comfortable and authentic to them.

• Do you offer internship programs for students?

  Currently, we do not offer an early career or internship program.

• Can I work from a different country or state than the listed job location?

  Unfortunately, no. Since we work in hybrid mode, only candidates who are willing to work in the office location shared within the job ad will be taken into consideration.

• What hardware is provided upon onboarding?

  For each new employee, we provide a laptop, headphones, mouse, keyboard, adapter and a laptop stand.
