Centra is looking for a full-time Customer success agent to join our Wroclaw team in an exciting and expansive time in the company.
Centra is an industry leading, B2B and D2C e-commerce platform for original fashion and lifestyle brands. We are a powerful and technical platform, loaded with features and technology for brands that run a global e-commerce operation, and currently serve as the backbone of e-commerce operations for over 115+ brands from Scandinavia and the world.
Your main responsibility will be to deliver support, guidance and world class service to our industry leading clients within fashion and lifestyle. You will play a crucial role in elevating Centra and Centras’ customer satisfaction to new levels.
As the voice of Centra, it will be your support and guidance that keeps our clients happy - and their businesses successful. You will also be the link of feedback from our clients, which makes you an important part of helping us grow and develop our platform as we take the digital commerce revolution to new levels.

To excel at this position, you will need to
- Be fluent in written and spoken English. If you know Swedish, that’s a plus
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Be creative, detail-oriented, and always finish the tasks you start
- Be tech-savvy and/or have an interest in IT-systems and ecommerce
- Be a pedagogic person with a patient approach to guiding our clients through the complexities of an advanced ecommerce system
- Work together with a senior support team and follow through with proactive communication to bring issues to an end
- Go out of your way to help others and pride yourself on providing nothing but the best customer service
