Centra is looking for a full-time Junior Client support Agent to join our team in Wroclaw. This is an exciting and expansive time for the team and for our organisation as a whole!

Centra is an industry leading, B2B and D2C e-commerce platform for original fashion and lifestyle brands. Centra is a powerful and technical platform, loaded with features and scalability is built in so it's perfect for brands that run global e-commerce operations. We currently serve as the backbone of e-commerce operations for over 170 brands based in Scandinavia, Europe and the rest of the world and we're growing more than ever.

Our client support team is tasked with delivering fast and accurate platform support, guidance and advice to our industry leading clients in fashion and lifestyle. 

In this role you'll play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of both Centra and our clients. You'll be the voice of Centra and simultaneously of our clients, providing feedback and advising on trends. As part of our Client & Partner Success Team you'll help us develop our platform with our clients in focus, as we take the digital commerce revolution to new levels.

In this role you'll need to be a positive and tech-savvy problem solver that sees solutions and possibilities where others see problems.

You should also:

  • Be fluent in written and spoken English. If you know Swedish, that’s a plus
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to work and thrive in a team environment
  • Be creative, detail-oriented, and always finish the tasks you start
  • Be tech-savvy and/or have an interest in IT-systems and e-commerce
  • Be a pedagogic person with a patient approach to guiding our clients through the complexities of an advanced e-commerce system
  • Work together with a senior support team and follow through with proactive communication to bring issues to an end
  • Go out of your way to help others and pride yourself on providing nothing but the best customer service
  • Be inherently positive. Where others see problems, you see solutions and possibilities.
  • Have an analytical mindset
  • Enjoy a real challenge - such as inbox zero
  • Be a peoples person that loves communicating - be it via email, phone, or in person

Your main responsibilities will be

  • To improve our ways of working and develop new methods - we can always get better!
  • Deliver a world class customer experience through our different channels e.g. phone, email and our help desk center
  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers
