The role:

As a Solution Architect at Centra, you'll guide and support our partners and clients in building scalable ecommerce solutions. You'll work closely with the commercial team, speaking with C-level executives and developer communities of clients and partners, advising on ecommerce architecture, integrations, and frontend technologies. You’ll also support the onboarding for new partners, ensuring they’re set up for success while building lasting relationships to strengthen our ecosystem.

In this role you will be reporting to our VP of Partnerships & Growth.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or in Wroclaw, Poland. We encourage our teams to connect in person at our city-center office. We value the time spent collaborating face-to-face— whether it’s brainstorming together or simply enjoying a cup of coffee.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales of Centra to C-level executives at potential clients or developer community at a partner.

• Manage onboarding of new agency and tech partners, ensuring a strong foundation for a thriving partnerships.

• Help clients & partners succeed by advising on e-commerce architecture to create practical and scalable solutions.

• Deliver actionable insights to partners, clients, and the team using tools like Grafana and Kibana to find trends and opportunities to improve.

• Design and coordinate integrations for partners and clients with expertise in GraphQL APIs.

• In certain cases and scenarios step in and help push implementations of frontends- and / or integrations across the finish line.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring successful partnerships and driving growth through effective strategies.

• Guide partners on navigating the frontend tech stack, from routing and caching to frameworks like Next.js and Vue. Offer insights into SSR, SSG, and how to implement these concepts effectively to enable fast and efficient storefronts for our shared clients.

• Take part in building Centra's future Developer Community program.

• Improving the recommended solution architecture documentation

Your profile:

• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience gained elsewhere.

• A developer seeking to transition into a more strategic architectural role as a Developer Advocate.

• A strong enthusiasm for staying ahead of ecommerce trends and technologies.

• Proven experience in headless ecommerce architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Experience in client and account management.

• Expertise in frontend development.

• A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and ecommerce advancements.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
