Centra has a market leading position within its niche on the Nordic market, and many customers outside the Nordics. We’re now looking to accelerate the global expansion and become the market leader in several other countries.

The role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients. Your main goal is to generate new business opportunities, assess sales leads, and facilitate connections between prospective clients and Account Executives.
Your main responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Danish and UK markets
Generate sales leads through effective cold outreach via social media, emails, and phone calls
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
Researching key accounts, identifying decision-makers, generating interest, and developing accounts to stimulate need
Strategize with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities
Conduct thorough market research and stay informed about industry trends
Updating our CRM (Hubspot) and other outreach tools to ensure logging of key history and ensuring a smooth hand-off to the relevant Account Executive when necessary
Work closely with Sales and marketing teams to align strategies and exchange insights
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS
Enthusiastic self-starter with a proven ability to plan and achieve results independently
Proficiency in sales techniques, including cold calling, with a track record of meeting sales quotas
Excellent command of the English and Danish languages, both written and oral
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sequence writing skills
Passionate about people and building relationships
Strong organizational skills
If you also speak Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish or Swedish, that is a plus
