The Backend Engineering Manager role

We are now looking for a world-class leader and engineer to our engineering team, who will be a key player in propelling Centra into the global arena of e-commerce.

• You are a master in juggling leadership and engineering

Who are you?

• Hands-on experience leading engineering teams. You have a track record of building and developing high performance teams. You have a track record of hiring, giving feedback, inspiring  and helping individuals to grow

• Solid software development background and likely a degree in computer science. While we don’t expect you to code full time, you are ready to apply your programming skills on a regular basis

• Experience of and comfortable with leading technical change and evolving a platform to the next level in terms architecture, refactoring, testing, quality and performance

• Coding aligns with your interests

• Strong drive and energy, and desire to help us grow our company

• Bonus if you have experience in eCommerce and/or SaaS product
