The role 

Centra continues to grow rapidly and our C&PS department now needs to add to our e-Commerce Success Team in Wrocław. The department is responsible for the overall growth and success of Centra’s work with clients and partners, and is tasked with facilitating a subscription path to value and the client journey. In this role you’ll play an integral role in delivering on that promise.

Our success program is evolving too and so we’re looking for someone who has both e-Commerce & Customer Success experience. You should also have impeccable project management skills, solid B2B and B2C consumer knowhow and excellent commercial communications ability. 

Your main responsibilities:

As e-Commerce & Success Manager you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of e-retailers in the fashion and retail industries. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive commercial insight to clients
  • Delivering solution specific training and best in class onboarding
  • Overseeing and planning for ongoing client projects
  • Facilitating streamlined store/site launches
  • Creating strong partnerships with your clients and their service providers 
  • Acting as product stakeholder internally by voicing client needs
  • Developing feature and usage adoption across your portfolio
  • Creating Centra advocates
  • Driving and securing commercial value for both the client and for Centra
  • Assuring client and revenue retention

Other tasks include developing one-to-many activities, facilitating UAT and UX feedback, escalation management and helping the team scale and improve.

To apply for this role you must meet the below requirements:

  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English. (Further languages including any of the Scandinavian languages is a plus)
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a proactive Customer Success, Account management or Consultancy role
  • Have solid experience in driving digital projects for external parties
  • Have at least 2 years of e-commerce, e-commerce integrations or platform / product delivery experience
  • Possess exceptional communications skills and be able to convey commercial value at C-level
  • Be tech-savvy and analytical by nature
  • Simultaneously creative, detail-oriented, and diagnostic
  • Be a true customer centric champion and CS advocate
  • Be inherently positive. Where others see problems, you see solutions and possibilities
  • Enjoy being part of something new 
  • You are based in, or willing to relocate to Wroclaw, Poland. 
  • You are able to travel
